Shine Free Face for the day!
2 of 2 found this helpful Wash your face, use your favorite moisturizer, let dry, then apply the SKIN Prep PRO with a cotton ball. You will feel a tightening from this toner. This truly acts like a miracle product for me in warm weather to prevent my foundation from becoming shiny or oily. This can be drying to your skin if you already suffer from dry patches. I use this product in conjunction with Mehron's Velvet Finish Primer Serum and Mehron's Celebre HD Foundation. I consistently get compliments in how flawless my skin looks even in brutal heat. I can definitely recommend this product and Mehron products in general.

A bit pricey but a quality product
The Velvet Finish Foundation Primer Serum works beautifully under the Mehron Celebre HD Foundation. In the summer I use the Mehron Skin Prep Pro first (truly a miracle product), then the Velvet Foundation Primer Serum before applying my Mehron Foundation. I set my makeup with the Mehron's "Barrier Spray". No matter how warm it gets my makeup does not budge or become too shiny. I get compliments consistently. I am impressed with the whole range.
