Plantronics Voyager Focus UC Bluetooth USB Headset

I use it for work in a call center, very nice.

I have worked for a call center for a few years and have gone through several headsets in the process. This one so far is very nice. It's comfy, lightweight and even knows when you take it off so it pauses music you might have playing. My only issue us the mute button stopped working. When I try and use it, it won't go off of mute. Just goes back to it, but I think that's just a small defect mine seems to have. I've been trying to just not have to use mute until I can figure out what to do about it. I love that I can use it with my PC or my phone if I want to. Very sweet in my opinion.
