Good product
As described Full capacity. Could not verify USB 3.0, but have no reason to doubt it.

A great kitchen gadget
First, I ought to explain that although I ordered a Kitchen Plus 2000, the model that arrived was a Kitchen Plus 3000. So my review applies to the 3000. Despite spending some time researching on the web to find the precise difference between these models, I wasn't able to find any definitive list of differences or precise descriptions of each to compare. The reason I finally decided to order the 2000 was price. I am in the UK and this only seemed to be available from the USA so the postage just about doubled the cost of the product; however, other vendors were charging much more for the product and even more for delivery. I was pleased when the product that arrived was actually a 3000 (just because, I suppose, it sounds like a later - and one assumes, upgraded, product, but, actually, I have no way to compare.
For the price (even including delivery) it is a great little kitchen gadget. It handles all kinds of chopping and slicing with all its various attachments as well as (all three of which I have yet to try) whipping, beating and juicing.
After two or three weeks of using it I am still well pleased with my purchase.
Good points:
1 Quick and easy to assemble and use
2 Uses hand power (no electricity)
3 Leverage and gearing well-designed
4 makes great - regular - slices
5 reduced 'onion tears'
Bad points
1 bigger bowl would be better
2 strengthening ribs and the joining lugs etc. make emptying and cleaning more difficult
3 blades are very sharp - beware
4 chute in the winding handle top is a little too small
5 small bits of chopped veg can shoot out of the juicing spout
Why good and bad points
Good points
3 Leverage and gearing are appropriate to someone of average strength: It can be operated effectively without jamming.
5 Reduced onion tears, are partly because you spend less time chopping them with a knife and partly because they are enclosed during the time when the most chopped surface area is being exposed to the atmosphere.
Bad points
1 I would like a larger bowl: It seems to get filled up quickly - especially when slicing - one large potato or two or three small onions seems to very quickly fill the bowl with slices or rings. (Increasing the diameter by only 50% would more than double the capacity of the bowl, but this would need the leverage and gearing to be reviewed. A combination of a slightly deeper and slightly increased diameter bowl would be best, I think, with, perhaps, four blades on the spinning knife.)
2 The strengthening ribs and the joining lugs etc. tend to make it more difficult to scrape out the last few bits of chopped onion, for example. (I am of 'waste not want not' temperament and I spend too much time scraping the bowl.) If the ribs and lugs were on the outside of the bowl, it would be much easier to turn a knife or spatula round the inside and get out all the last little bits. Since I have only used my Kitchen Plus for preparing vegetables and fruits, I have only ever need to rinse the apparatus in warm clear water to clean it thoroughly (hence my "Yes" for "Is it easy to clean), but even this, I think, would be easier if the inside of the bowl were less contoured with ribs and lugs etc.
3 The blades are very sharp, This is a bad point only because care is needed when handling and washing - especially the three-bladed spinning knife. (I cut one finger on the slicing attachment blade even before using the gadget for the first time (!), while I was following the instructions to wash it thoroughly in soapy water before first use.)
4 The 'feeding' chute in the winding handle top is a little small and requires vegetables to be chopped up quite a lot before you can insert them easily. This detracts from good point 5, above, "reduced 'onion tears'")
5. The winding handle lid can fit into the top of the bowl in four different orientations, but only one of these orientations has an appropriate guard to block off the juicing spout in the bowl. As a consequence, if you fit the top in three of the four possible orientations, small bits of chopped veg can shoot out of the juicing spout whilst winding the chopping blade.

Works well today - how long? Dunno.
I'm torn about rating a battery product - especially with a 5-star rating, because it's not how it performs today that is the major issue, but how it goes on performing and how long for. That said, it doing all I could ask of it ATM.
The one thing I have no qualms about is that it was definitely good value (if that only means it was cheapest one of the required kind to fit my phone.)
