Product cane defective

Setting up this product was not so simple but my main issue with this was the antenna. One of the antennas won’t stay up in its upright position and falls down. I have not tried yet but the only thing left for me to do is use sticky tape. The coverage is not as I expected (this could be because of the defective antenna)
