Very poor design

the valve you turn to change between heads is a small nub you have to grab with your hand and turn. Dry the valve turns quit hard , now add water to the equation and it is useless.

old stock maybe ?

Have bought two gallons in the last few month from other venders , this gallon is semi hard already, i think maybe it is old stock . the other 2 gallons were creamy like butter , this gallon is quite thick and hard to stir.........not easy to work with :(
