  It seems there has been a misunderstanding here due to the fact I have not received some messages from my seller. I now believe they acted in good faith with this transaction. I did not receive my goods but it is now clear that responsibility lay with the courier company not the seller. This is a genuine seller who runs a good eBay page

  There has been a misunderstanding here, I no longer feel negative about this transaction as it seems seller messages did not reach me. I now believe the seller did try to trace a lost parcel and was not responsible for me not receiving my parcel. I believe the seller acted in good faith when they issued my refund. I wish to apologise to the seller,and restate that they acted appropriately and fairly.

  I never actually received the item, because of a catastrophe of disasters from the eBay authentication team! Therefore, I cannot truthfully blame the seller, and that is why I am leaving positive feedback. I did, just after a month receive a refund from eBay.
