Good effort
Not as powerful as "Pawns in the Game" (his first cd), but still prophetic and energetic. Chuck D make a welcome guest appearance and solid production.

Funky and Groovy
John James does not have many hits, but his music is good quality and this album is a great front-to-back listen! Fans of Prince and other pioneers of the Minneapolis sound will enjoy this!

Great CD!
I was skeptical about it but it's a great effort. Some songs are a little too noticeably ballad-turned-cumbia numbers but overall a pleasure to listen to!
