Best overall value in Leica 90mm lenses

Elmarit (f/2.8) lenses are typically the best value in Leica lenses -- this one is stellar! In the field this lens is light, has great contrast for focus capabilities, delivers wonderful images. This replaces a 4.5/90mm lens which I liked but was not friendly in use. I would like the 2.0/90mm lenses but they are much larger, heavier, and marginally better in use.

The best (only) option for SL (601) users of Canon EF lenses. SL2 users have other options

This is a very good adapter and it works quite well for most situations and patient photographers. If you are careful with compositions, you probably are not bothered by the auto-focus performance being slower than you experienced on your Canon bodies. I have found it to be compatible for almost all of my lenses, especially the older ones. One of my "STM" lens does not work reliably but all others are acceptable. If you have the SL2, you are home free with about three options. This adapter works very well on the SL2.

Nitecore ULSL Digital USB Battery Charger for Leica SL Series BP-SCL4 Batteries

The only battery chargers I use...

These chargers are magnificent... they actually help keep batteries in good condition. I have a Nitecore for each of my camera systems. They are small and fit nicely into your camera bag (along with a small USB wall thing. No matter where I am (foreign countries, domestically, in my truck, in airplanes -- anywhere USB lives, your batteries can be topped up! I have no idea what all the information means that you see on the display, I only know that all of my batteries are in great condition all the time.
