Great product, traps in installation.
2 of 2 found this helpful MS Office 2013 Professional works well, as described. I enjoy using it.
Installation was challenging from the USB:
1) the .exe install program couldn't find the program on the usb memory, which is where the .exe was sitting. Searching folders on the usb found another installation that downloaded from the internet. Over an hour on a slow line.
2) the PKC supplied was for another region. The world is still divided into regions! I contacted MS help on another continent, and spent about half an hour on 'chat' with a very helpful person who stepped me through getting a product key that worked. After this, all was good.

Great blood pressure product.
Light weight, easy to use, accurate enough for home tracking of pressure.

Product just as it was advertised
Just received it. Plugged it in and the shaver is charging. That's great. Can't say more until I know the charging has worked and finished successfully. So far, so good.
