Exactly as needed - OEM style food-grade.
I've cleaned and re-greased our two mixers - a 60-yr old Sunbeam MIxmaster and a 15-yr old Kitchen Aid. This 8 oz quantity was perfect to have enough to re-grease both mixers (the Mixmaster used much less); I have grease left over for future use as this container has enough to do two Kitchen Aids).
It's just like the style used in both mixers originally and I like that - and I also definitely wanted to use a food-grade grease though I know some people are not concerned with that.

Works well.
Works very well. This software does more than I'll ever use it for - but what I'm using it for is recording from LP's and creating MP3's. I started off with some challenges - recording some new multi-LP albums that featured artists who had recorded under various band names. So it was more work than usual to label some of the individual tracks within the albums but it's worth it. And I'm so pleased with the results that I'm going back to some old albums - in some cases recorded to cassette tapes decades ago - to record them again and create MP3's. The 'click removal' feature is really nice. i've learned to review the graphs of the recorded songs, and especially those gaps between tracks or at the start or end of LP sides to look for the vertical lines that likely signify a crack or pop from the LP and then remove those. That takes some extra time but really helps to make for a clean recording.

Not sure I was going to like a glass bathroom scale
We're very pleased. Although a modern design it still fits very well in our traditional bathroom. It works quite well, is consistent, and I find the display very easy to read - much easier than our old-fashioned dial-style scale was. Very nice product.
