Description of multi port
I find that this is a good value as it seems to have plenty of power as stated 20000 milliamps. Other ones I have received have stated 900,000 milliamps and are probably only 5000 milliamps as I only charged my phone once. Your 20,000 is true and has easily charged my phone four times. My only question is the green colored multi-port that says you can plug in 9 volt 12 volts Etc I don't know how to utilize that. It must take a special adapter or something? So you can plug in 9 volt items? Do you have that special cord?

useless no support
these are nothing like the strutz on tv = have very soft sponge therefore are useless as they give no support

New Tamper
We had bought a used pitcher but it didn't have the tamper. So they are very expensive new and we saved a lot on the pitcher.
