Unit may be good but unable to set up due to poor instructions.
Upon opening the package and trying to install it, I found that the set up instruction were written in broken English that was almost impossible to understand. I managed to get the alarm to work, but with out the dialing feature, by trail and error. It looks like it may be a decent unit that has a lot of features but that is worthless without good (understandable) instructions to set it up.

Good product
Powerful, does a good job. Easy to use. I see that they have started putting a plastic handle on it which will probably work OK, but I much prefer the metal one.
