Good incandescent bulb replacement, slight tweak required
Worked as expected .
The shaft below the flange +end contact is a little shorter than incandescent bulb it is replacing so initially the electrical contact was not ideal causing LED to flicker. A small adjustment to the torch contact (a spring) or some metallic packing placed on the contact corrected the problem.
The LED seems to be a bit brighter than the bulb it is replacing ( though the light cone angle is
less ) as expected Hoping that the batteries last longer when torch is in use...
Price was right.

Very Fine Homelite Bar nuts
These are very fine bar nuts.
They are, and work as described and shown in the pictures and exactly fit my decrepit but reliable Homelite UT10510A tightening in such a manner to stop the bar and chain cover coming off which is what happened when the previous set vibrated off...
The nuts are very nice and shiny and have a pretty hex shape and corners and edges that also exactly fit my (also decrepit) bar nut removal tool.
The nut interior thread is clean, sharp, pleasingly spiral shaped and satisfactorily thread-like without any sign of dirt or rust.
The small hand-labelled plastic bag they came in was a nice personal touch.
When installed I especially like the way the light reflects off them when I overfill the bar oil tank and it runs down the plastic cover onto the nuts and surrounding the nut fitting.
