Awesome product, loved it
This is the vacuum finally we are satisfied with. In the past we changed lot of vacuum cleaners. Couple of years before I bought this Shark Rocket vacuum and figured out that this is the best one we have ever used. Recently we got our vacuum broken, but we were so happy with product, so I was looking for an exact same model. The old one was broken but I took the blame for it, the roller brush got jammed and burnt, I was too lazy to clean the roller brush. Other than that my old vacuum suction power was strong like new. So I decided to go for the refurbished vacuum of same mode. Guess what? The refurbished one was like brand new!
Cons: For this model the roller brush could not be changed. That being said the roller bush was built very durable, if you clean it regularly then it wont break. I see the newer shark model comes with removable roller brush.
Pros: Ergonomic design, the weight balanced with such a way that you wont get tired with its weight. Strong suction power, easy release dust chamber, long power chord.
