  Customer was rude right from beginning. We asked for photos of said damage, buyer claims sent photos. Buyer actually never got back to us, NEVER sent us any photos nor did we get any type of response. Item was triple wrapped in a thick bubble wrap, plus other protective shipping materials to ensure no damage or item sliding around in box/getting crushed. Buyer makes false claims, would not recommend and was very rude when we were trying to help. Never received any photos or further messages.
