Whilst the single was not up to a standard I would describe as Near Mint and had a number of visual marks and listening was Spoiled by background noise (crackle and pop) the vendor immediately accepted responsibility and refunded my payment. In addition he kindly saved me the trouble and cost of visiting the post office to return the item. Whilst I was disappointed with the quality of the item the vendor dealt with matters quickly and professionally. I would order again.
