Need Better Packaging, book was shipped only in plastic bag with no padding or protection. One corner poked through package and was slightly bent. Book was used and in condition as described and expected, even with the bent corner. Have bought books before from this seller and they were packed better. I am a giving a neutral response hoping other buyers are aware of the somewhat poor and inconsistent packaging from seller as that is what feedback is for.

I order a copy described as VERY GOOD, but I received a filthy thing, scribbled throughout with red and black pen --in the sides, on the text, underlining, you name it. Bottom line: I wasted a lot of time choosing to trust this seller when there were others available for the same price (but marked as only GOOD) based on the description, and I am no close to getting what I need. All based on false advertising.

Book shown, was what I wanted. Book sent was a different version. Seller refunded cost of book. But am out of pocket 11.27 dollars apparently ebay set shipping costs, seller says eBay should refund me. Ebay says seller should refund me. After talking to eBay on 3 seperate occasions, and all 3 advisers promising to resolve it. No one has, and they just dump me, via chat box. Absolutely bloody useless no customer service at all. Left unresolved
