Quality factory part
Is a good source for factory parts

Good bearing but
The only thing they stoppped putting studs in with bearing assembly. Tim kin would do well including the 4 studs with bearing since most have them seized in old housing.
Extra $10 for not to have to go and purchase them after you think you have everything to do the job.
