    The seller packed the model securely in Bubble wrap and placed in a brown cardboard box, sealed with sellotape on the top/ bottom and the sides. There was a problem with Royal Mail customer service over the customs fee, saying I hadn't paid, but eventually it was sorted out. Eventually it was delivered safely and undamaged.
