Faulty product, destroyed my gimbal!
1 of 2 found this helpful The previous owner of my Inspire broke the SD card slot so I purchased this to swap out the camera and sell the drone. Other than the SD card slot everything worked perfectly and I was flying my Inspire a few days ago.
Immediately after installing the new camera and attaching the gimbal to my Inspire the gimbal started freaking out and burned up the motors. There was not even an image signal from the new camera. Now the gimbal is trashed.
I took the gimbal apart again and found the burned motors and just out of curiosity installed the old camera back on and sure enough I had a fully working camera, and a broken gimbal.
Now I have to either purchase an entire gimbal and camera or just sell my drone for far less in a broken state. Thanks a lot.
