The communication from seller was non existent, the seller provided NO responses to text especially regaurding combining shipping cost. The seller could not combine shipping costs. The seller can give partial refund to the buyer. The seller is disingenuous and hoping buyers are unfamiliar with ebay policies. The seller took forever to combine ship my 3 items, but kept all the shipping fees. I will never use this seller again, but the sellers 90% feedback should have been a warning to me.

Customer bought 3 separate items of mine and then after I sent the items to him messaged me and said he was upset because I didn't send him a partial refund for the shipping costs when I have no way of changing the shipping after the items are paid for and never even asked for them. Also told me he was very happy with his items but because I was not giving him some of his money back he was going to leave me negative feedback.
