We recently had a break-in at our office and many items were taken. Amongst them were several 26" TV located in each examination room. They were used to show our patients their Retina's (picture of the inside of the eye).
When we hooked up this TV to our network, it was very difficult to get it hookedup. Why? They used a DVI hookup that did not work. One of our patients was a computer specialist and he instructed us to purchase a different cable (one with the round ends instead of the DVI). We did as instructed and he helped us hook up this TV to our system. I was disappointed with the quality of the picture and called the company and received no help. They were rude and pretty naive on the hookup. Never buy from these people again.
I then went back on ebay and bought two Olivia 23" T.V.'s. A downgrade from our 26" Olivia that was stolen. Immediately the Olivia's worked using VGA cables and the picture quality was excellent. Our doctors are pleased with the Olivia TV's as the quality of the pictures are life-like and very clear showing all the details.
WE then installed surveillance camera's and decided to try the 26" TV that we were unhappy with. Using the S-Video cable which we purchased earlier, the TV worked with our surveillance camera's. The quality is not great but acceptable. IF we had to do it over again, we would definitely purchase the Olivia brand. The tech's at Olivia is most helpful and knowledgable. They can help you hook up their system unlike the one we bought.

1 of 1 found this helpful We have 3 of these in our office so it made sense to buy one as a backup when one went bad. Well, one did go bad and we were disappointed that the one that we bought on ebay turned out to be a 'dud.
