Great if you don't need coffee that's McDonald's-level hot

It's the most beautiful one out there (I spent three hours searching). Two temperature choices. It doesn't have the stupid weight sensor that messes up and turns the thing off or on when you didn't want it to. The touch control switch is super elegant. It holds any size mug, no raised lip around the edge. It's glass and aluminum, not plastic. And it was only around $22. Would be five stars if it kept the coffee hot or warm. Keeps it just lukewarm enough to keep from having to get up and go put the mug in the microwave. I can stand lukewarm for a few sips, some people can't. Yet the glass plate gets super hot to the touch, so it must be my choice of mug type. If you had a thin-bottomed steel mug this would be ideal. This is great if you don't need coffee that's McDonald's-level hot, hot enough to melt your privates if you spill it in your lap

Decent but not leather

Ad says leather, but it's vinyl. That was a disappointment but oddly not much of one, since I didn't actually expect it would be real leather for a $30 stool even though it said that. Foam is very thick, so it's OK that it is the type the mfgr admits will break down with use. Quality is high for the support mechanism and the thing the wheels snap into. Wheels are cheap plastic, but those are replaceable.
