Some good, some meh. Overall, okay.

Do I recommend it ? For a one-use costume, sure. Is it good value ? Meh. Is it of good quality ? It's a bit of a mixed bag. This costume was made by California Costume Collections. Knowing all costumes run extremely small, I bought an XL (12-14) for my 9 yr old who is about 135cm tall and about 60 lbs, and it fits well enough to be able to fit the turtleneck and such under it for cold weather trick or treating. It will be fine for one wear. It definitely can't be washed, which they say on the label that it is spot clean only. With the shiny polyester, and the way the bones are painted on, it would all come off in the wash. Also, the foam bones had come off of the barrettes, apparently because the glue had dried out, so I am going to have to sort how to glue them back on. Those are the cheap aspects of the costume. In sharp contrast, the hems are actually better sewn on this costume than many others I have seen. Overall, basically what one would expect from most less expensive Halloween costumes these days. Not allowed to be played with before Halloween, will likely be destroyed within a week afterwards !

Terrible quality.

The ear pieces that came on it are rock hard, and very uncomfortable. There were more pliable replacement pieces in the box, so one small good aspect. Even double checking to make sure it is turned correctly, sounds are still very faint. Definitely recommend spending the bit extra to get a better stethoscope, specifically a sprague type with two separate tubes for each ear.
