  Bid on 2 pair of dress shoes. Description on each indicated that 2 or more items can be combined for combined shipping costs. seller notified on two occasions to inform him/her to provide final cost that would reflect correct charges. As of this writing, this was never done. After my second request, There was a billing showing a $2 price increase on ONE pair of shoes,, but the $31shipping charge remains.
