Good Recipes
This cookbook has a lot of good recipes that have a regional twist. I like that most require ingredients that are already in the pantry or that are easily easily procured. I will be making several of the salads and meat dishes.

New Recipes To Try
1 of 1 found this helpful I enjoyed reading the different twists that the cooks of Hawaii have added to common foods. I even think I could learn to make good sea food. Some of the recipes I would not try because my husband would not try. There are others that I plan to serve. I think they will add tasty variety to our meals and there is no reason that he has to know every ingredient if the dish tastes good. As a group, Junior League women are good cooks and I use and enjoy a lot of their recipes.

Good Ideas for the Overwhelmed
I might be able to get started on my purge. Marie Kondo seemed too extreme to me.
