Barton 2005-10 Ford Mustang Shifter 2005BM-1B

High quality and great shifter

I picked up an 08 Mustang GT Convertible that came with a Hurst shifter. I did not like the feel of the hurst and it squeaked badly while shifting and going over bumps. I did some research and decided to go with the Barton. It is a high quality part and worth the price. I installed it on the ground with no lift and I do not recommend that as it added probably an hour to the install process. Once I lined up the Barton, it bolted right in. I could immediately feel a difference during the test drive as the shifts were now precise and the throw was short and perfect! I highly recommend the Barton shifter for your 05-10 Mustang GT! Now go bang some gears!
