Good functional condition as expected, minor cleaning needed on my end.
Part arrived In good condition and was packed well in several layers of bubble wrap and in an appropriately sized box. Air Bag in good functional condition. It was a little bit dirty, but not beyond cleanable which I did easily with a paper towel and some glass cleaner. Had it shined up and looking great in no time.

The S7-1200 series is a great place to jump into the Siemens world of controllers!
This is a great PLC to begin learning the TIA Portal software and Siemens PLCs in general. It can later be networked into other Siemens products to expand your overall system knowledge as well.
