  This item was checked before it was mailed and it worked fine.... maybe it has a short in it Idk. When I seen the bad review, I immediately issued a full refund. She kept the item. When you have an issue w/ a purchase, at least have the decency to let the seller know instead of not saying anything & then leaving a bad review. Remember , we all fall short & from time to time things may not always go exactly as intended. I don't know why the hat didn't work when you got it.... or did it??
