A fun little light
Pretty bright & the heatsink gets warm. Not a big deal though. Much easier to walk around with if you have a power bank you can plug it into.

Not a bad portable HF antenna
I find this antenna to be a decent match with my FT-817. I was skeptical at first due to some reviews I read, but once I made a couple of contacts (no long-haul DX yet), I'd recommend it to anyone to give a try. I find the SWR to be spot-on and the balun is well-made. The wire is a decent size, and will handle being strung between the trees. All you should need is a length of coax and two pieces of string to use as your support. Wrapped neatly, all that should fit nicely in the orange storage bag.

Kenwood TK-730 accessory jack
