  Item purchased as “no returns” however, Item delivered was broken and un-repairable in part due to postal mishandling but was also poorly packaged in too large box where item was packed using light plastic grocery bags as a buffet vs bubble wrap. Delivery was made to my daughter while I was out of state. I communicated with seller asking for a refund but seller refused saying 25 days had passed and I said nothing before then - well true but I didn’t see it until returning home.
