Seller is great! Super friendly and just on pricing! Accidentally, bought two of the same item. Bid a lower price, was worried someone would buy it before it was accepted and then bought it again at full price. I explained I would pay the more expensive one if it meant I got it. (Couldn’t find it anywhere online) He offered to cancel the second MORE EXPENSIVE payment and was super cool about the whole mix up. Fast and safe shipping. I bought two Umbrella Academy Funko Pops as I am trying to complete my set. I just have to say the seller is wonderful they were super quick to respond to me asking about combined shipping. Also they reached to check in after I received the pops to see if everything was good. As for the pops they are in great condition, arrived quickly and packaged very securely. Overall I had a great experience with the seller and would definitely buy from them again. 10/10

The good. Seller was very responsive and answered my question. I needed item shipped out right away and seller did so. I was very grateful. The bad. Item was a $ 100 funko pop and was not protected in a protector in shipping. There was a packing air bubble protecting just 2 sides. When someone pays that much for an item, it’s needs to be better protected. It came undamaged, but I got lucky.

Buyer reached out in a after negotiating the price on a pop, then demanded that it be shipped same day. It was well after USPS hours, but the item was shipped the next morning and arrived 3 days ahead of schedule. The item was not pictured in a proctector nor was it described in one. Buyer never asked for a protector, which we accommodate all the time. You didn't get lucky, we're professionals. Please, message us if you have questions! To quote buyer "very responsive" and "it came undamaged".
