Does Not Work

Even though I have a DVD player that works with every country, this DVD will not work. It is stuck at the ending and will not start at the beginning. I worked on this for hours and not very happy at all. I can get it to program, but it still does not work. The UK is the only place where I can get these DVDs for fundraisers and the shipping is expensive. This DVD is useless and does not work.
