The BEST in its category!
I am very picky when it comes to sound quality and device ergonomics, and just so you know what I am comparing these to;
I own the Sennheiser Momentum 2.0,
the Bose Qc 35 (the whole line since the 15's),
Sony's MDRXB950BT/B;
I have owned, tested and returned:
the COWIN E7 with BT,
TaoTronics ANC with BT,
Harman Kardon BT Premium,
Skullcandy Hesh 2 BT,
Koss BT540i,
Sony MDR10RBT,
Pendulumic Stance S1,
Bluedio R+ Legend Deep Bass,
and that is only for the bluetooth enabled headphones.
I purchased the Otium for my gym workouts which include handball and racket ball practice alone, spinning, Zumba-like warmup dancing, and an average of 8 hours of contractor work daily, so I was looking for good hold on my head, easy commands (even with gloves on), resistance, lightweight, flawless connectivity, and passive noise cancelling. Sound quality of course, ranging from Judas Priest to Alva Noto, Afro beat to Chopin.
Pros:
Light and solid construction
Hold snug and do not put pressure on the top of my head
Command buttons are easy to feel and use
About 22 hours of non stop listening with the ANC Off. (Don't know how long with ANC On)
Pairing is easy and connection doesn't drop randomly
Powers off automatically when not in use for 10 min or so
Connection distance in the gym's open room space is about 30 yards!
Design is slick and classic, they don't look bulky at all.
Pivot and fold neatly
Ear cups very comfortable ( I have large ears) and when I feel some discomfort (pressure) at some area around the ear (usually after 4 hours non stop), I simply pivot the ear cup to shift the contact point.
Blue ON indicator light doesn't blink / Turns red when out of range or power is low.
Voice indicators for Power ON / OFF and Connection / DIsconnection.
Sound quality impressive! A bit on the Bass side of spectrum, but not sacrificing overall clarity.
Very good Passive Noise Cancelling (details below)
Con:
This is not really a 'con' since one cannot expect high quality ANC at such a ridiculously low price.
The ANC alters the sound quality more than it blocks outside noise. Only mentioning this for those who need the ANC; I don't use the ANC on these. I get the highest ratio of Sound quality and ANC with my Sennheiser Momentum 2.0, but they are too expensive to be exposed to my workouts and construction activities. However, the passive NC, provided by the design and materials of the Otium ear-cups is way sufficient to forget about the gym's ambient pop music and the traffic noise when I drive, and to greatly dim out the screams of the power tools I use all day, including lawn mower, blower and trimmer.
Conclusion:
I consider these Otium headphones to be the best BT ANC headphones I have known, tested and owned so far.

Funny and witty
I was already sold to this series and was missing this season, so nothing new here.
I find this series to be funny, witty, a smart depiction of the North American behavior. I don't expect a dive into the depths of psychology offered by series like 'Six Feet Under', I don't watch them for the same reason but enjoy them both.
