  The way the nutcracker was wrapped in bubble wrap & sit in a box caddy corner caused it to be recessive smashed up. The tinsel on the nutcracker is smashed up where the wire is visible & did not have a good look. Seller refunded but not the shipping. I was out the shipping cost. Very unhappy with purchase but gave neutral because they communicated & refunded 1/2. Still ended up throwing out. All for not.
