Fit perfectly.
Appears to be an OEM product, replaced my broken base plate perfectly. One item of note, it does not include the adjustment knobs.

You get what you pay for
It works, but gets fuzzy from radio interference on a regular basis. I also have to crank up the volume in my phone and stereo in order to hear through my car speakers.
