Lorex 4K 8Ch DVR with Advanced Motion Detection Technology Model D841A82B

Good value. Good quality

The DVR looks and works great! It’s cooling fan could be quieter but it’s not really that bad. If the DVR is placed in a quite room the hum will draw you to its location. Picture quality from 4K cameras is outstanding and the DVR’s software is straightforward. This unit replaces a FLIR 3100 series MPX DVR (which also had fan noise) that failed reading to its HDD. Forced to seek a replacement I am happy with my choice. But it does make me want to swap out my older, lower resolution cameras (go figure, right?).
