Personal Experience Review
I’ve taken many thermogenetic pills and vitamins through the years and this is my favorite one thus far. It combines both thermo and vitamins!! Many Thermogen would give me severe headaches. This one on the other hand I can barely feel it. It’s only natural due to the caffeine and other ingredients. Enough of that. How did I take it? I took 2 pills 30 minuetes before workout on an empty stomach and plenty of water. The results are amazing. You can do a short 20 workout and feel that you did an hours worth!! I am drenched in sweat by the end of the workout more than with pith the pills. I feel amazing afterwards from the workout, dopamine realize and the help of the pill which has the vitamins. You can do what the bottle tells you or find out what works for you like I did. I don’t recommend taking them in the evening past 6-7. Pills might cause you insomnia. I’ve been on them about a week now and with combined diet and short exercise I’ve lost 7 pounds. I’m a big guy 6’3 weighing 381 pounds. Starting weight 394. Results from past 30 days. Results may vary from person to person.

Good Quality Travel Backpack for Photography
I switched from my regular travel bag which I would strap to my shoulder and kept sliding off. My review is as follow.
My first impression was how small it is.(although they do inform you of the size and dimension) Exterior is made with high quality material and you can very much feel it. The double zipper is top notch. The Velcro is okay not as strong as I'd hoped. One of them kept separating from the outer wall. I would give give the interior padding an 8.5 out of 10 which is about an inch thick.
It is a great size if you like to travel light as well as to avoid bumping into everybody with a huge backpack. Otherwise go for the midsize version.
All in all I give this product a 9 out of 10 and would highly recommend it.
