Adds leverage to an already great exercise device!
This product adds a different dimension to the benefits of using a gyro ball for hand strength. It activates more wrist and forearm strength than use of the ball alone. It's easy to attach to a ball (which, in this case, is not included). It's also the only way that I have found to get the benefits of the increased leverage provided by a handle as (I believe) the original makers of a gyro ball with handle (Theragrip) no longer makes this product.

Helps remove the mystery behind general back pain.
This book is full of great technical information that goes a long way toward removing the mystery behind back pain and the fear surrounding it. Make no mistake, this is a text book. The author has a version that is much more approachable for the average person called Back Mechanic. I would also recommend the book Crooked by Cathryn Jakobson Ramin as an even more basic, more comprehensive introduction to the world of back pain.
