2001 Tan Leather Bottom Drivers Seat Cover
2 of 2 found this helpful This isn’t a typical seat cover like you buy from an auto parts store. It appears to be cut with the same dimensions as the original leather that goes over the foam cushion from the factory.
Once you remove the original, this one goes back in its place. Keep in mind, this one doesn’t have the holes cut in the sides for the seat controls, screws, lumbar support knob, etc.
Just pull this one over the original (after removing the cushion from the seat frame), mark the holes, and cut them out after you pull the new cover off the original. Keep track of the cables and wires, how they route. Once you’re done, it’s an absolute perfect match.
Expect about 60-90 minutes to disassemble your seat, and maybe 2-3 hours to put it all back together. Results were better than i expected. Color matched exactly.
Order a new seat heater if yours is needing replacement, (Dorman 641-207) so you can replace it while your seat is apart.
