bummer deal for my wheels

Well it is definitely as great price and looks like a good purchase until you install it and it does not do what its suppose to do like charge the battery when the vehicle is running . being that the case it has put my truck out of commission for two weeks now until i have the one that came out rebuilt . So now that i work 5 - 10s i have no time to get it to the rebuild shop for i relied on the one i ordered to work for me. why would it not work i have no clue .
