Great product and price.
It was marketed as being a refurbished product. I found it to work as well as a new one.

Great Value and Product
I purchased this used Samsung Convoy as a back-up for the one I currently use. I bought my phone in 2010 and have had "Zero" problems with it. Even the battery still works like brand new. I have a hearing disability and the Convoy is the only phone that I have found with adequate volume and voice quality. Beginning to wonder if they ever wear out.......But, in case it does, this one is on stand-by.
