Flowers in the attic series
2 of 2 found this helpful As a fan of the original movie and books by V.C Andrews, I am a huge fan. Although I gave the movies a 5 star rating, I feel they should have spent more money on the films and feel that instead of a hour and a half movie for each book, they should have had a 12 hour mini series for each book. That way they could have went further with the story and characters and development and captured everything from the novels rather then it being rushed. If you loved the novels this is worth watching.

Jamie Marks is dead movie review
I really enjoyed this movie, for many different reasons. I found the characters to be likable and believable. I felt the story seemed original in the sense of a living human being becoming friends with a dead friendly, ghost. Their relationship to me also seemed erotic, in a dark, yet beautiful kind of way but without it being sexual or gay. Although the story itself is not a gay one, as a gay man myself, I felt those connecting vibes and it really made me enjoy the movie and its characters even better. I highly recommend this film if you want to see something different and character driven. I just wished that the movie would have went further with the two main characters played by Noah Silver and Cameron Monaghan.
