Possible old stock.

Yes value is good, But the product is dried out. I have been looking online to see if there are any hacks to make the Gel eyeliner spreadable.

Terrible Quality of this eyeliner

This eyeliner goes on just as described but is very sticky and wears off within the hour. So disappointed in my purchase. Going back to my old eyeliner. Need to see if I can get a refund. Do not buy Essence eyeliner.
