    Packaging was sub standard so one item broke. It took several messages and three international phone calls to get a response from the seller. Accepted a small refund which does not compensate for the loss of a collectible item. Repairs devalue. The negative feedback reflects the efforts that had to be made in order to effect communication. The onus is on sellers to pack securely.

Portable and structurally sound
Easy to put together, sturdy, stable and seems to be well made. Just don't forget to buy the hanging spring and related hardware (like we did!) as you will need that (or a length of chain) to hang the hammock chair. We decided to spend the extra $ to get this (portable!) hanging option rather than purchasing hardware to mount it to the ceiling as it gives more options of where to put the chair (and if we change our mind we can move it!). Stood up to a strong windstorm already, so I would say it's a good purchase!
