Great update
Sadly when I bought my car in for service it killed my stereo password. It was a used car and the previous owner wrote it on the manual, but apparently it had changed. So I bought a password reset and I bought the new maps update as well. Pioneer made much needed improvements. Though as a GUI designer I still have some issues with it, but it really is a dramatic improvement over the previous OS. Well worth the cost to update. It is not worth the cost of sending it into the factor for a ridiculous sum however. I'd just keep using google maps if that was the case. Frankly, Google Maps is far superior, but it's still nice to have it in dash where it's safer to view and operate.

Classic never gets old
1 of 1 found this helpful It's not the original look, but for me I'm ok with that because it matches the 7800 in the collection. I like the looks of this better than the original style. Plays games well, and it's a 2600, what more is there to say? If you like the 2600 this is a good system as any.
