No suction
5 of 7 found this helpful I have berber carpeting and used this once. I'm glad I didn't do my whole carpet since this didn't pick up any water. It took two days for my carpet to dry with serious browning issues (and smell) which I spent a lot of time correcting. Even the hand held tool had little suction. Really disappointed in the machine. It looks fancy and makes a lot of noise, but doesn't have any suction power. You'd be better off with a spray bottle, brush, and shop vac than this unit.

The composter has three cycles: drying, grinding, and cooling. It's quiet and works well to reduce the size of food scraps. Happy with the purchase.
