  Seller send me a laptop with a defective motherboard, he don't test it before sending it to me. I have a very expensive $600 paperweight. Need a $200 partial refund to repair the laptop, seller don't want to help with it.

  I had asked you if you could send back the item for me to evaluate and see what happened to it, but you declined and said you couldn't send it back for you to get a refund or at least a partial refund. I also saw you put new damage on the laptop that wasn't previously there, and you also modifying it AFTER getting it and blaming me for your faults is completely stupid. Please don't try to slander me like this.
