Wish I had the unit with the side mount reservoir ... over all, good machine ,,,,

This machine { like all Verismo's ) produces a good cup of coffee - I find that the water reservoir is a pain ... spills easily and awkward to place, however the commercial pod works well in this machine ...
NOTE ; Use a sharp letter opener to poke a small hole in the bottom of the pod, then use as normal ...
