Without it, who can apply ointments to the back of their shoulders or between shoulder blades.....nobody can. You are here - just buy it. Life changing.

WARNING DO NOT BUY
I purchased this POS tv/dvd comb from Walmart on 5/24/08 and the DVD player stopped playing. I called Polaroid on Jan 2nd 2009 under warranty. They said they would send out a replacement part, I talked with a Norma. After 2 week called back talked to a Norma again and she stated that the part would be coming. After another month the part shows up and DOESN'T WORK! Called back 3/24/2009 talked to Norma again! She stated that they would send another. It arrived 2 weeks later and DIDN'T WORK. Third DVD module!! I will sum this up Called 4/5/09(Nicole), 5/30/09 (Angel), 6/26/09(Trisha) was told the company went Bankrupt ( big surprise ) and to call back after July 15th. Called 7/21/2009 ( Treasa) was told it is a new call center and they had no records of prior calls. I was told they would do and investigation to find the records. Called back 7/28/2009 ( Zarh) was again told to call back. Called back 8/4/09(Sarice) again told to call back. Called 8/12/09( David) each time having to go through the WHOLE story again. David was short and seemed annoyed the I was even calling. I asked to talk to his supervisor. His supervisor would not even tell me his NAME! To sum it up the SUPERVISOR basically said " Good luck with getting a replacement part, your warranty is up " and laughed about it!! DO NOT EVER BUY POLAROID!!!
